Cancellation Policy

Effective date: March 2026

At Red Maple Movement, we understand that life happens. This policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled for class bookings so that everyone — instructors and participants alike — can plan with confidence.

Class Fee

Each mat Pilates class is $25 CAD, payable via Interac e-Transfer at the time of booking. Your spot is held for 1 hour pending receipt of payment. Spots not paid within 1 hour may be released.

Cancellation & Refund Window

• More than 24 hours before class start: Eligible for a refund.
  • Drop-in (single class): $25 refunded via e-Transfer within 2–3 business days.
  • 4-Class Bundle / Credit bookings: 1 class credit returned to your account, ready to use on any future class.
• Within 24 hours of class start: No refund or credit returned. Due to limited class sizes, cancellations in this window cannot be reimbursed as it is unlikely the spot can be filled on short notice.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your booking in two ways:

• Use the cancellation link included in your booking confirmation email.
• Sign in to your account and cancel from the My Schedule page.

The cancellation time is recorded at the moment you submit your cancellation. Please ensure you cancel in advance to remain within the refund window.

Class Cancellation by Red Maple Movement

In the unlikely event that a class is cancelled by the instructor, all registered participants will receive a full refund regardless of when the cancellation occurs. You will be notified by email as soon as possible.

No-Shows

Failure to attend a class without cancelling is treated as a cancellation within 24 hours and is not eligible for a refund.
